During this exhibition, SAMON displayed its independently developed high-precision piezo jet valve series and control systems, with a minimum jet volume of nanoliter (nl) level, achieving contactless jet dots and lines with a precision of 0.2mm. Moreover, the valve has high compatibility and can handle fluid dispensing with a viscosity of up to 200,000 mPas.

Meanwhile, SAMON also exhibited a series of online precision dispensing systems and high-precision fluid control processes, including the Fiv10 online multi-axis 3D precision dispensing system, Fit20LM dual-drive online precision dispensing system, etc. In addition, it demonstrated a high-precision solder paste dispensing solution, which can achieve solder paste micro-coating up to 80um.

In addition, SAMON also exhibited its independently developed inkjet printing equipment and high-speed droplet observation system, which can achieve picoliter-level (pl=10⁻⁹ml) fluid inkjet, ranking among the leading level in the industry. Its independently developed inkjet printing equipment, featuring high efficiency, low consumption, flexibility and intelligence, can efficiently complete various inkjet processes such as OCR printing, MC printing, Micro LED blackening and dam building, and Micro OLED printing.
